CrossFit is a fitness program that combines weightlifting, cardio, and gymnastics in constantly varied, high-intensity workouts.
Led by educated, world-class coaches, it’s designed to improve overall fitness and well-being with a focus on strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, and metabolic health, and can be adapted for all ages and ability levels.
Absolutely. Educated coaches tailor workouts to your ability, ensuring progress at your pace.
CrossFit uniquely combines strength, cardio, and functional movements with expert coaching and an encouraging group setting, so you’re never training alone.
Yes. CrossFit workouts boost metabolism and build lean muscle. Combined with smart nutrition, many members report fat loss, increased energy, and better body composition.
Pricing varies by location, but many gyms offer free trials or beginner packages. Your membership typically includes expert coaching, structured programming, and built-in community, often replacing the need for personal training. Find CrossFit gyms near you with our Gym Locator.
It’s easy. Find your nearest gym, schedule an intro session, wear comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest.
Most CrossFit classes follow this structure:
If you’re newer, you’ll do simpler movements like air squats, incline push-ups, or lighter kettlebell swings.
More-experienced athletes might tackle heavier lifts, box jumps, or advanced movements like snatches and handstand push-ups.
Your coach will make sure everyone gets a workout that’s safe, challenging, and just right for them.
Cool Down (5–10 min): Stretch, recover, and reset.
