This 1 hour, low impact, high energy, class is designed for the beginner in fitness, arthritis fighter, stroke victim, osteoporosis or persons fighting any ailment that may need low impact fitness routine.
A 45 minute, non-impact, high intensity class that incorporates a warm up, cardio, and core work to elevate the heart rate followed by a cool-down. (A buoyancy belt is worn; you do not need to know how to swim.)
A 1 hour class designed to work cardiovascular and muscular endurance utilizing water, noodles, and aqua bells.
